"Magtanim Ay 'Di Biro" ("Planting Rice is Never Fun") is a Tagalog Folk Song composed by one of the National Artists for Music, Felipe de Leon, who was born in Penaranda, Nueva Ecija.

The song originated from Central Luzon, where most people are farmers. It states the basic life of an ordinary Filipino farmer's livelihood, particularly planting rice.
